Q: How do I track my order?
A: Tracking information is sent to the email on file once we print your shipping label. If you don't receive your tracking information within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), use the contact form below and we will manually send you your tracking information.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Southern California. Shipping times in the US are 2-3 business days. Canada shipping times vary but average 1-3 weeks.
