Slow shipping and no contact from support

Extremely slow shipping, and after a month of waiting, I was sent the incorrect item I requested. Support never replied to my messages regarding shipping, and I doubt anyone will get in contact regarding the incorrect item. I would avoid this pack (and maybe the company) unless you want to wait an extremely long time with varying results.
